The service

SmoothDM provides an AI assistant that responds to messages sent to your connected Instagram professional account, qualifies leads against criteria you configure, and books calls on your calendar. You remain responsible for the messages sent from your account, including AI-generated messages you approve or allow to send automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only with audiences who have contacted you or opted in to hear from you. Prohibited: unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased or scraped contact lists, deceptive or unlawful content, and any use that violates Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards. We may suspend accounts that put the platform relationship at risk.

Fees & trial

Plans are billed monthly with no setup fees; prices exclude applicable taxes, which our payment partner adds at checkout. Your free trial requires no payment method, starts when you connect your Instagram account, and runs until it books your first qualified calls (or shares your goal link with qualified leads), up to a maximum of 14 days, after which a subscription is required for the AI to take on new conversations. You may save a payment method during the trial. If you do, your first monthly charge is made on the day the trial ends (the date is shown when you save it, and we email you before it). You can remove a saved payment method at any time before that date. Upgrading a paid plan takes effect immediately: you are charged a full billing period of the new plan, less a credit for the unused part of the current one, and your billing date moves to the day you upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel a paid plan anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; see our refund & cancellation policy. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. Conversation allowances per plan are shown on our pricing section.

No guarantees

We work to book you qualified calls, but we do not guarantee bookings, show-ups, sales, or revenue. AI-generated messages may occasionally be imperfect; approval mode exists so you stay in control.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
